电解电容、LED灯都有长短脚,则长正短负
Electrolytic capacitors and LED lamps all have long and short pins. The long pin corresponds to the positive pole of the power supply, and the short pin corresponds to the negative pole of the power supply.

喇叭线 Horn wire
电路板、PCB板有字一面插元件反面焊接
The circuit board and the PCB board are assembled on the side of the word, and are welded on the opposite side.

1脚对应芯片上的圆点

有些芯片会用半圆标志来做对应的标志
Some chips will use semicircle markers to make corresponding signs.
注意焊接芯片时8只脚要独立,锡丝不要短路
Note that the 8 pins must be independent and the solder wire should not be short circuited.
贴片芯片焊接方法:先在电路板的1脚上上锡,然后将芯片对应放上去,烙铁加热,将芯片的1脚固定住,再焊剩下的7只脚
Patch chip welding method: first on the 1 feet of the circuit board on the tin, then the chip corresponding to the chip, the iron heating, the 1 feet of the chip fixed, then the remaining 7 feet
电阻插在有字的一面,插到底,反面焊接
The resistor is inserted on the side with a word, inserted to the end, and the opposite side is welded.
元件焊接顺序:从低到高
Welding sequence of components: from low to high
阴影部分是负极
The shadow part is the negative pole
焊接在根部和电路板焊盘融合,不要虚焊,多余的引脚剪掉
Welding in the root and circuit board pad fusion, do not solder joints, redundant pins cut off.

电阻引脚一样长,不分正负
The resistance pin is as long as it is positive and negative
电容和灯都有长短脚,长正短负
Capacitors and lamps have long and short feet, long pins correspond to the positive pole of the power supply, and the short pins correspond to the negative pole of the power supply.

两头都这样处理
Both sides handle this
剥线钳剥了线头后,将4股铜线都往一个方向拧成4股,然后在线头上上点锡(线头如果有毛刺会影响音质,出来的声音会有杂音)
After peeling off the thread, the 4 strands of copper wire are twisted into 4 strands in one direction, and then on the top of the head on line (if there is a thread that will affect the sound quality, the sound will have a noise).
音频头的金属部分旋转下来,然后用刀片在接线孔附近刮上一些刮痕,可以在焊接的时候更容易上锡
The metal part of the audio head rotates off and scratches around the junction hole with the blade, making it easier to solder.
然后将音频线通过音频头的黑色部分
Then the audio line is passed through the black part of the audio head
音频头的界限参考下一张图片
The connection of the audio head, refer to the next picture
只需接三根线,所以剪掉一根线(我们剪掉的是黄线)
Just three lines, so we cut off a line (we cut the yellow line).
再选一根线做地线接音频头中间脚(我们选的是蓝色做地线)
Another line is selected to make the ground wire to connect the middle foot of the audio head (we choose blue as the ground wire).
三根线接好后用烙铁焊好,再用尖嘴钳夹紧地线
The three wires are welded and welded with the soldering iron, and then the ground wire is clamped by the sharp nose pliers.
最后拧紧黑色音频套即可,音频线另一头接在电路板上
Finally, tighten the black audio sleeve, and the other end of the audio line is connected to the circuit board.
喇叭线这样处理:剥好线头后也需要上点锡,千万不要有毛糙
The speaker line is treated like this: after stripping the thread, you need to add some tin.
红接正,黑接负
Red connect positive, black connect negative
喇叭线这头接喇叭,另一头接电路板上(接电路板,可参考下一图)
The speaker line is connected to the horn, and the other is connected to the circuit board.
喇叭线注意红接正极,黑接负极
The horn line pays attention to the red connection positive pole, the black connection negative pole
地线

其余两根线随意接
The rest of the lines are connected at will
接电源线:红线接+5V,白色接GND
Power line: red line +5V, white GND
单声道到此就全部焊接结束了
All the soldering is finished by the end of the single channel

双声道的第二片电路板同第一片一样焊接,接线却不同
The second circuit boards of two channels are welded with the first piece, but the wiring is different.
第二根音频线处理好之后这样接
Second audio lines are handled well after this connection

此音频线的另外一头接在第一块电路板的反面(参考下一张图)
The other end of the audio line is connected to the reverse side of the first circuit board (refer to the next picture).
第二根音频线的另外一头就接第一片电路板的反面
The other end of the second audio lines connects to the reverse side of the first circuit board.
第二只喇叭接第二片电路板,同第一只喇叭一样接
The second speakers are connected to the first speaker with second PCB.
红线接正,黑线接负
The red line is correct and the black line is negative
双声道的主声道就是单声道
The main channel of a double channel is a single channel.
带电源线和音频头的这个电路板模块就是主声道
The circuit board with power cord and audio head is the main channel.
音响外壳:六片为一只 双声道是两只
Sound shell: six pieces of two sound channels are two
保护膜撕掉以后再组装
The protective film is ripped off and reassembled
上、下和左、右的区别就在这里一个是凸的,一个是凹的
The difference between the upper, the lower, the left and the right is here, one is convex, the other is concave.
注意此孔位朝下走线用
Pay attention to the downline of this hole position
先在电路板上锁上铜柱,再用螺丝固定在后面面板上
First, lock the copper column on the circuit board and screw it on the back panel.
装完后面面板,再装前面面板
Finish the rear panel and install the front panel
接线位置都朝下方

第三片装下面面板,就是8个凸的那面
