Welding sequence: components from high to low
Prepare some lower components for welding.
The voice version of the clock, the circuit board is blue.
Install components on the side of the word, weld on the non word side, and connect the components to the bottom.
Separate the two pins. Do not attach the pins to the circuit board.
Resistors and porcelain capacitors are as long as the pins, regardless of the positive and negative poles of the power supply.
Welding at the root of the pin, the excess pins are cut off with the diagonal pliers.
Do not rosin joint, do not weld more.

The red mark is the direction!
The black mark is the two point of the welding of the battery seat.
The base is used to install the chip, the welding base.
The wrong direction of the base is not important. The direction of the chip must not be wrong.
When the two row pin is too narrow, you can set the edge of the table to press the whole row a little.
If the pin pin falls out, insert it back.
If you do not know how to insert, give up the base, direct welding chip.

The next step is to install chips and batteries
NY3P is a 8 pin voice chip, which is not inserted or not welded directly, affecting voice broadcast directly.
DS1302 is the 8 pin clock chip, it is not inserted or not welded, reset can not be successful, the digital tube will display the inverted "4".
Button battery, the bright side is the positive pole, and the other side is the negative pole of the power supply.
STC204EA is a large 28 pin clock chip. If there is no soldering, there will be trouble codes or buzzer failure.

Ready to install the digital tube
Note: the digital tube must be tested successfully before welding.
Third digital tubes are inverted.
If the individual pin is skew, make it straight.
Before welding, if the gap between the digital tubes is larger, the two ends can be pressed to the middle.
The clock power supply is direct insertion: 5V power, the smaller the current, the better, no more than 500mA.
To prevent the chip from being burned, it is better to use a small white head charger with a very small current in the picture.
It is normal to display incomplete digital tube when testing, because there is no welding.
After reset, the digital tube displays 7:59, and the buzzer is transferred to 8:00, indicating that the reset is successful.
The test includes whether the digital tube strokes are normal and whether the functions are adjustable.
Shaking the digital tube, such as push down, you can see part of the strokes up and down to see the two strokes of the beam, one by one, whether it can be displayed normally at 8:00, and then try to broadcast it or not normally, replug the power after the power break, the memory is normal, and the function key on the right. And the key is normal.

Preparation of film sticker
There is a transparent film on the bright side, and it can be pasted on the digital tube when it is torn off.
After the film is bonded, the excess edges are cut off with blades.

HU-012B New Version Voice Clock Shell Installation Tutorial
1.把3M圆形双面胶贴到喇叭上,然后将喇叭与PCB板居中并固定到单片机上面。见下图:
Stick 3M round double-sided adhesive tape on the horn, then center the horn and PCB board and fix it on the MCU. See the picture below:
2.撕掉外壳保护膜,螺丝穿过透明1MM的一片并翻过来,并安装上前面一片(透明版的螺丝直接穿过翻过来即可)。然后拧上双通铜柱进行固定。见下图:
Tear off the protective film of the shell, pass the screw through the transparent 1MM piece and turn it over, and install the front piece (the transparent version of the screw can be directly passed through and turned over). Then screw on the two-way copper column for fixing. See the picture below:
3.安装已经固定好喇叭的语音时钟,光敏电阻和热敏电阻朝上(外壳直线的一边)。见下图:

4.对应好外壳开口,安装上四周的外壳。见下图:

5.在后面一片的外壳上安装上“Y”形装饰外壳。见下图:

6.把后面一片外壳翻过来。“Y”形装饰外壳在下面,对应方向安装到时钟上。然后用螺丝固定,安装完成。见下图:
