Ⅲ.焊接及安装 Welding and installation
1.对照PCB丝印焊接相应阻值的直插电阻。Weld the direct plug-in resistance of the corresponding resistance value against the PCB screen printing position.
2.对照PCB丝印位置焊接104瓷片电容。According to the PCB screen printing position, the porcelain capacitor of 104 is welded.
3.根据个人喜好组合，LED灯正负极与丝印正负极方向一致焊接，注意每列只能焊接一种颜色。According to the color you like, the positive and negative electrodes of the LED are welded in the same direction as the positive and negative electrodes of the screen. Note: only one color can be welded per column.
4.焊接MICRO USB 电源接口。Weld the MICRO USB power interface.
5.芯片底座“U”形缺口方向与丝印“U”形缺口方向一致焊接。The "U"-shaped notch direction of the chip base is installed according to the "U"-shaped notch direction of the screen printing, and then welded.
6.电解电容和麦克风对照丝印正负极方向焊接。Electrolytic capacitors and microphones are welded in the direction of the positive and negative electrodes of the silk screen printing.
7.对照丝印位置焊接503可调电位器和微动开关。Welding 503 adjustable potentipositor and microswitch according to the screen printing position.
8.芯片放在平整的桌面向前按压，使引脚与芯片垂直。Press the chip forward on the flat desktop to make the pin perpendicular to the chip.
9.芯片“U”形缺口方对应芯片底座和丝印“U”形缺口方垂直安装。The "U"-shaped notch of the chip corresponds to the direction of the chip base and the screen-printed "U"-shaped notch, which is installed vertically.
10.连接5V电源测试功能正常并调节好自己需要显示样式（一般保持默认即可）。It is normal to connect to the 5V power test, and adjust the display style you need (usually just keep it by default).
11.撕下外壳保护膜，从频谱正面穿入螺丝，再从背面拧上铜柱固定。Remove the shell protective film, thread the screw from the front of the spectrum, and then screw the copper column from the back to fix it.
12.对准开口方向安装底部外壳并拧入螺丝固定，再翻转过来安装四周的外壳。Adjust and install the bottom shell, fix it with screws, and then turn over to install the surrounding shell.
13.安装上正面外壳，从正面四角穿入最长螺丝，在背面拧上螺母进行固定。Install the front housing, insert the longest screws from the front four corners, and tighten the nut on the back to secure it.
14.按键帽对准微动开关垂直向下按压安装。声控频谱安装完成！Press the keycap to align the micro switch and press down to install it vertically.The installation of the voice-controlled spectrum is completed!
