Ⅱ、特性 Characteristic

1、工作电压:四节五号电池(6V)

1.焊接100Ω电阻。

Solder 100 Ω resistor.

 

2.焊接10K电阻。

Solder 10K resistor.

 

3.焊接1K电阻。

Solder 1K resistor.

 

4.焊接1N4007二极管。

Solder 1N4007 diode.

 

5.焊接104瓷片电容。

18.再将电路板翻面后,将红外发射和接收二极管折弯并焊接。(长脚+,短脚-)

After flipping the circuit board over, bend and solder the infrared emitting and receiving diodes. (Long foot+, short foot -)

 

19.LM393、MX1919、STC15W408AS插到IC座上。(有缺口的一边对着IC座缺口的一边

Insert LM393, MX1919, and STC15W408AS into the IC socket. (The side with the notch faces the side with the notch on the IC socket)

 

20.用M3铜柱和M3*8带垫螺丝将万向轮和亚克力垫片固定。

Fix the universal wheel and acrylic gasket with M3 copper pillars and M3 * 8 padded screws.

 

21.用M3*5螺丝将万向轮固定到PCB上。

Fix the universal wheel to the PCB with M3 * 5 screws.

 

22.将电子连接线焊到减速马达上。(注意线的方向)。

Weld the electronic connection wire to the deceleration motor. (Pay attention to the direction of the line).

 

23.在马达背面贴上双面胶,并贴到PCB上。

Stick double-sided tape on the back of the motor and onto the PCB.

 

23.将马达连接线焊到PCB上。(红+黑-

Solder the motor connection wire onto the PCB. (Red+Black -)

 

24.用扎带将马达固定。

Secure the motor with zip ties.

 

25.用带垫自攻螺丝将车轮固定在马达上。

Fix the wheel to the motor using self tapping screws with padding.

 

26.将电池盒贴上双面胶,将线穿过电路板并将电池盒固定在电路板上。

Apply double-sided tape to the battery box, thread the wires through the circuit board, and secure the battery box to the circuit board.

 

27.将电池盒的线焊接到电路板上。(红+黑-

Solder the wires of the battery box to the circuit board. (Red+Black -)

 

28.装上蓝牙模块和超声波模块。

Install the Bluetooth module and ultrasonic module.

 

29.装上4节五号电池。

nstall four No. 5 batteries.

 

Ⅶ、功能介绍 Function Introduction

1、左边模式按键:红外循迹(两个红灯亮)-蓝牙遥控(两个红灯闪烁)-超声波避障(右红灯亮)红外避障-(左红灯亮)。

Left mode key: Infrared tracking (two red lights on) - Bluetooth remote control (two red lights flashing) - Ultrasonic obstacle avoidance (right red light on) - Infrared obstacle avoidance - (left red light on).

 

2、右边速度按键:第一档30%-第二档50%-第三档80%-第四档100%。

Right speed button: First gear 30% - Second gear 50% - Third gear 80% - Fourth gear 100%.

 

3、红外循迹(两个红灯亮):能够按照循迹轨道进行移动。

Infrared tracking (two red lights on): able to move along the tracking track.

(1)循迹左电位器:调节小车左边下方的红外接收管灵敏度,我们先将电位器顺时针调到底,然后将小车放在说明书背面的循迹跑道上面,将红外接收管对准跑道的白色部分,然后逆时针慢慢调节电位器,直到左边黄灯亮起,然后我们将红外接收管对准跑道黑色的部分,左边黄灯会灭掉,这时候说明左边的循迹已经调好了。

Track left potentiometer: Adjust the sensitivity of the infrared receiver tube on the lower left side of the car. First, adjust the potentiometer clockwise to the bottom, and then place the car on the track on the back of the manual. Align the infrared receiver tube with the white part of the track, and slowly adjust the potentiometer counterclockwise until the yellow light on the left lights up. Then, aim the infrared receiver tube at the black part of the track, and the yellow light on the left will turn off. This indicates that the left track has been adjusted.

 

(2)循迹右电位器:调节小车右边下方的红外接收管灵敏度,调节方法同上。Track right potentiometer: Adjust the sensitivity of the infrared receiver tube on the lower right side of the car using the same adjustment method.

 

4、超声波避障(右红灯亮):超声波检测前方是否有障碍物,当有障碍物时,自动避障,可通过图形化编程软件进行修改避障距离,具体教程查看下方图形化编程使用。

Ultrasound obstacle avoidance (red light on the right): Ultrasound detects whether there are obstacles in front. When there are obstacles, it automatically avoids them and can modify the obstacle avoidance distance through graphical programming software, for specific tutorials, please refer to the graphical programming usage below.

 

5、红外避障-(左红灯亮):红外检查前方是否有障碍物,当有障碍物时,自动避障。

Infrared obstacle avoidance - (left red light on): Infrared inspection to see if there are obstacles ahead. When there are obstacles, automatic obstacle avoidance occurs.

(1)避障左电位器:调节左边的红外接收管灵敏度,当左边遇到障碍时,左边绿地会亮起,顺时针调节,红外接收管灵敏度减小,避障的距离会减小,逆时针调节,红外接收管灵敏度增大,避障的距离会增大。

Obstacle avoidance left potentiometer: Adjust the sensitivity of the left infrared receiver tube. When encountering obstacles on the left, the green space on the left will light up. Adjust clockwise to reduce the sensitivity of the infrared receiver tube and the distance to avoid obstacles. Adjust counterclockwise to increase the sensitivity of the infrared receiver tube and the distance to avoid obstacles.

 

(2)避障右电位器:调节右边的红外接收管灵敏度,调节方法同上。

Obstacle avoidance right potentiometer: Adjust the sensitivity of the right infrared receiver tube using the same method as above.

 

6、蓝牙遥控:使用手机核芯风暴智能平台APP控制小车。

Bluetooth remote control: Use the mobile phone core storm intelligent platform APP to control the car.

(1)打开核芯风暴智能平台APP,选择需要的语言。

Open the Core Storm Intelligent Platform APP and select the desired language.

 

(2)打开位置权限。

Open Location Permissions

 

(3)连接带有核芯风暴图标且名字为BT_XXX的蓝牙。

Connect Bluetooth with the Core Storm icon and the name BT_XXX.

 

(4)点击按钮可切换不同功能。

Click the button to switch between different functions.

 

(5)点击蓝牙遥控模式,可控制小车前进、后退、左转、右转、停止、原地左转、原地右转和重力感应模式,重力感应模式可以更加手机的倾向角度来控制小车。

Click on Bluetooth remote control mode to control the car's forward, backward, left, right, stop, stationary left, stationary right, and gravity sensing modes. Gravity sensing mode can control the car based on the inclination angle of the phone.

 

 

 

7、四个七彩二极管显示马达不同状态。

Four seven color diodes display different states of the motor

(1)马达正转对应方向前面的七彩发光二极管会进行闪烁。

The motor rotates forward, and the seven color LED in front will flash.

 

(2)马达反转对应方向后面的七彩发光二极管会进行闪烁。

The colorful light-emitting diode behind the motor will flash when it rotates backwards.

 

(3)马达停止对应方向前面后面的两个七彩发光二极管都会进行闪烁。

The two seven color light-emitting diodes in front and back of the motor will flash when it stops rotating.W

 

Ⅷ、图形化编程软件使用

Use of graphical programming software

1、以超声波避障为例:

Taking ultrasound obstacle avoidance as an example

(1)打开HXFB图形化编程软件。

Open the HXFB graphical programming software.

 

(2)打开程序-打开06_超声波避障.prj 例程。

Click on open-Click on 06_超声波避障.prj routine.

 

(3)下图中可进行修改超声波避障距离和速度。

The ultrasonic obstacle avoidance distance and speed can be modified in the following figure.

 

(4)下载器连接小车DL接口,再连接电脑,因为此时是电脑供电,所以小车不要打开电源开关。

Connect the downloader to the car DL interface and then connect to the computer. Since the computer is supplying power at this time, do not turn on the power switch for the car.
