温馨提示：本金属探测器非专业探测仪器，仅作为金属探测实验练习，探测的金属物体面积越大效果越明显，例如小于直径25MM的金属圆体可能探测不出来效果！Reminder: This metal detector is not a professional detection instrument and is only used as an experimental practice for metal detection. The larger the area of the detected metal object, the more obvious the effect. For example, metal circles smaller than 25MM in diameter may not be able to detect the effect!

 

Ⅰ、功能 Function

1、探测器靠近金属时会进行报警

When the detector approaches the metal, it will sound an alarm

2、蜂鸣器和LED灯双重报警

Double alarm of buzzer and LED light

3、调节电位器修改报警阈值

Adjust the adjustable resistor to modify the alarm threshold

4、可以探测到厚度为10mm以内物体(如木板、衣物等)的下方金属

The metal below objects (such as wood, clothing, etc.) with a thickness of less than 

10mm can be detected

Ⅱ、特性 Characteristic

1、工作电流：23mA左右（正常报警的情况下）

Working current: around 23mA (under normal alarm conditions)

2、静态工作电流：3.7mA（不报警的情况下）

Static working current: 3.7mA (without alarm)

3、电源电压：两节纽扣电池

Power voltage: Two button batteries

4、工作电源：3-5V

Working power supply: 3-5 V

5、PCB尺寸：60*185mm

PCB size: 60 * 185mm

6、最大检测范围：3-5cm，金属面积越大探测距离越远，金属面积越小探测距离越近。

Maximum detection range: 3-5 cm. The larger the metal area, the farther the detection distance. The smaller the metal area, the farther the detection distance

1.焊接100Ω、2K、10K、200K电阻。

Solder resistance of 100 Ω, 2K, 10K, and 200K.

2、焊接纽扣电池座。

Solder the button battery holder.

 

3、焊接0.1uF瓷片电容。

Solder 0.1uF ceramic capacitor.

 

4、焊接102独石电容。

Welding 102 single stone capacitor.

 

5、焊接红色发光二极管。(长正短负)

Solder red light-emitting diode. (Long pin positive short pin negative)

 

6、焊接S9012三极管。

Solder S9012 transistor.

 

7、焊接S8050三极管。

Solder S8050 transistor.

 

8、焊接100Ω（101）电位器。

Solder 100 Ω (101) adjustable resistor

 

9、焊接47uF电解电容。(长正短负)

Solder 47uF electrolytic capacitors.(Long pin positive short pin negative)

 

10、焊接蜂鸣器。(长正短负)

11、焊接自锁开关。

Solder self-locking switch.

 

12、装上纽扣电池。

Ⅶ、功能介绍 Function Introduction

1、面板介绍 Panel Introduction

 

2、使用方法 method of application

（1）打开电源开关。

Turn on the power switch.

 

（2）将电位器逆时针调到底。

Turn the adjustable resistor counterclockwise to the bottom.

 

（3）再顺时针慢慢将金属探测器调到刚好不报警。

Slowly adjust the metal detector clockwise to just right before it alarms.

 

（4）探测到金属触发报警。

Metal detection triggers an alarm.
