Ⅰ、功能介绍 Function introduction
电磁秋千是一种利用电磁力驱动的秋千,其工作原理是利用磁铁的磁性(同性相斥)来控制秋千的摆动。当磁铁在霍尔传感器上方时,霍尔传感器检测到磁场,就会输出低电平,三极管Q2不再导通,三级管Q1就会导通,当电流经过磁悬浮线圈时,产生的磁力会排斥秋千的磁铁,从而改变秋千的摆动状态。
电子秋千具有以下功能特点:

Electromagnetic swing is a swing driven by electromagnetic force, and its working principle is to use the magnetism of the magnet (Same sex repulsion) to control the swing of the swing. Ⅴ. 焊接及安装 Welding and installation
1、焊接R4、R6、R8这三个10K电阻。
1. Weld the three 10K resistors R4,R6,R8.
2、焊接R1、R2、R3、R5、R7、R9、R10这7个1K电阻。2, Weld R1, R2, R3, R5, R7, R9, R10 these 7 1K resistors.
3、焊接IN4007整流二极管。
3, welding IN4007 rectifier diode.
4、焊接七彩LED和红、黄、绿LED灯,颜色顺序和正负极与丝印对应。4, welding color LED and red, yellow, green LED lights, color order and positive and negative electrodes corresponding to screen printing.
5、焊接3P 单排圆孔排针母座,焊接平整。

6、焊接9013三极管,注意三极管的方向。

8、焊接卧式拨动开关。

10、拿出另外一块电路板,插入槽内。

11、在背面进行焊接,尽量保持横平竖直。

12、中间的先焊接在IN口,边上的线,焊接在OUT口,并在背面,拧上螺丝。

13、安装霍尔传感器,无字一面朝向磁悬浮线圈。

15、找到如图所示的,3CM和12CM铁轴、塑料轴套、三通轴。磁铁。

16、用塑料轴套和三通轴如图所示进行固定,一定要注意,磁铁的凹槽朝上,平口朝下。

17、用塑料轴套把亚克力和连接好的铁轴连接在一起。

18. 用M3螺丝和M3螺母把亚克力固定在电路板上,磁铁正好对应线圈中心位置。

19、通上直流5V电源,“ON-LED”为流水灯开关,“ON/OFF”为电源开关。

如果在使用过程中,不满意磁铁摆动幅度,可以在断电停止的情况下调节霍尔传感器前倾角度,或者调节亚克力高低,从而改变摆动幅度。
当霍尔传感器靠近磁铁时摆动幅度加大,当霍尔传感器远离磁铁时摆动幅度减小。
If you are not satisfied with the swing amplitude of the magnet during use, you can adjust the forward tilt angle of the Hall sensor or adjust the height of the acrylic when the power is cut off and stopped,change the swing amplitude.
When the Hall sensor is near the magnet, the oscillating amplitude increases. As the Hall sensor moves away from the magnet, the swing decreases.
Ⅵ、使用方法及说明 How to use and instructions
1、SW1为电源开关,左右拨动,即可开启和关闭。
2、SW2为流水灯开关,左右拨动,即可开启和关闭。
3、霍尔传感器的平面且无字的一侧应该朝向磁铁和线圈(有字一侧朝亚克力的方向),如果没有摆动或摆动浮动较小,可以把霍尔传感器略微朝线圈方向前倾。
4、磁铁的朝向为:平面朝下(朝向线圈),凹面朝上(朝向上方)。
注意:如果秋千无法摆动起来,请不要将磁铁长时间放于霍尔传感器的上方,否则霍尔一直导通,L1磁悬浮线圈长时间导通趋近一根导线,Q1导通也可以看似一条导线,容易正负极短接,烧坏电源。
如果出现这种情况,请关闭电源,并用以下步骤进行排查:
(1)检查电路焊接情况,是否有连焊,虚焊等情况
(2)调整霍尔传感器的前倾角度
(3)调整亚克力高度
(4)调整磁铁与霍尔传感器的距离
(5)观察磁铁方向、磁悬浮线圈连线是否正确和霍尔传感器是否插反

Note: If the swing cannot swing up, please do not place the magnet above the Hall sensor for a long time, otherwise the hall is always on, the L1 maglev coil is on for a long time to approach a wire, Q1 can also look like a wire, it is easy to short-connect the positive and negative poles, burning the power supply.
If this happens, turn off the power and troubleshoot with the following steps:
(1) Check the circuit welding condition, whether there is continuous welding, virtual welding and so on
(2) Adjust the tilt Angle of the Hall sensor
(3) Adjust the acrylic height
(4) Adjust the distance between the magnet and the Hall sensor
(5) Observe whether the magnet direction, magnetic levitation coil connection is correct and whether the Hall sensor is inserted backwards
